ICUMSA method GS2-11 and GS2-13
The color apperance of crystalline white sugar according to the Braunschweig sugar types is measured by a special reflectance meter – the Schmidt + Haensch Saccharoflex 2020. Grain size distribution plays an important role. Powdered sugar i.e. is not suitable for this measurement. The ICUMSA method GS2-11 and GS2-13 are describing the measurement and the instrument.
