Measuring peptides-and triglycerides in water

Emulsions in creams and lotions are mixtures of peptides, triglycerides, and water. To determine the mixture of these components the Refractive Index (RI) can secure the optimum combination of the ingredients. Either the Schmidt + Haensch laboratory refractometer or the inline refractometer for process control are designed for this application.
